Telephone Assistance Ministry

Telephone Assurance Program (TAP)

The TAP is a way of keeping in touch with those in our community who may be homebound or isolated and would like to have someone to talk to, either weekly or monthly, or in some situations on a daily basis for about five to fifteen minutes per call. 

The program does not require the volunteer to go to the member’s home. Meeting Schedule: A monthly calendar or phone call is made by the volunteer to the coordinator.

Training will be provided.
